2 slices bread (Tesco loaf £1 for 800g), 40g grated cheese (Tesco £2 for 250g), small amount butter or oil spray

Grate cheese. Butter outside of both bread slices or spray with oil. Place cheese between unbuttered sides. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Place sandwich in pan. Cook 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip. Cook another 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese melted. Cut in half. Serve immediately.
