Half tin tuna in water or brine (Tesco 4 tins £4), 4-5 crackers (Tesco water biscuits 89p), optional: squeeze of lemon tiny amount of mayo

Drain tuna. Flake with fork. Top each cracker with small amount of tuna. Can mix tiny amount of mayo into tuna first if desired. Squeeze lemon over if using. Eat immediately. No cooking required.
